Traffic/Transportation

Arusha - Moshi (Small bus): 1500 Tshs.
Arusha - Dar es Salaam (Bus): Dar es Salaam - Ifakara (Train - Super Coach): Ifakara - Mahenge (70 km by 14 person Land Rover): 5000 Tshs/person.
Iafakara - Morogoro (Bus): 5000 Tshs.

Weather

I have brought a small thermometer. When we were in the north it was often around 25-30 degrees but in Dar es Salaam it has bin almost 40 (when I have checked).
There has bin rain occasionally but only very shortly. In Dar the air is very humid. .

Double room between 5 and 15 USD.
Petrol: 1100 - 1300 Tshs.
Internet: Dar Es Salaam: 500 Tshs./hour. Ifakara: 1000 Tshs./hour.
A pool game: 200 - 500 Tshs.
Beer 1/2 l: 800-1000 Tshs.

There is a few main dishes which we are having quait often. "Kuku na wali" - chicken and rice, sometimes chips (french fries). Fish is also to get most places. Ugali - the corn dow kind of thing. It is not very tasty but it is food for workers they say...
